I recently purchased a vehicle from them. The vehicle had a dent prior to purchase and they agreed upon repairing it. I was told that it would be a 1 day process when I dropped it off. They kept it for over a week and kept giving me excuses of why nothing had been done. I ended up going to pick up the vehicle without the repair being done because they told me it would be atleast another 4 days before they could get to it. More

Very disappointed with what I thought was a simple oil change and tire rotation. Now I’m going to have to take a day off to take my truck to Tucker so the company that put the lift kit (which was on the t change and tire rotation. This dealership was great to work with, I scheduled my appointment over the phone and they took me in on time. Service was great. Only complaint that I have, is I have received multiple emails wanting m appointment over the phone and they took me in on time. Service was great.
