I am really not happy with this jeep purchase. Let me start with the ad that even got me to consider going to John Vance. The vehicle was listed on cars.com for a certain price. I should have walked out then. After my research with cars.com it was confirmed the dealership had total control over this price drop. Unlike the information I was provided. 1. I asked for a hitch quote didn’t get it. Along with the cost of floor mats. Never received a quote. 2. Was told I would be given information to buy a key from a third party person for 80 bucks because the dealership would charge me 300. I didn’t receive that information. 3. Was told that my credit wouldn’t be ran until the next day but was actually ran the evening after I left the dealership. 4. Was lead to believe there were two keys only to find out that there was only one that I had to purchase a battery. I thought the John Vance experience was supposed to be to be more than that. 5. Repeatedly told that the traverse would need tires to be able to sell it but the jeep has 3 different kinds of tires. But I traded a car with 2 sets of floor mats and two sets of keys and I didn’t appreciate when I pointed that out I was told I could have a set to a car I was trying to trade. What does a key to a vehicle I am no longer going to own going to do for me? 6. Al said he would put some fuel in it but did not. Again, when buying used its good business to come with fuel. All I did was drive it 13 miles home and 13 miles back to the dealership the night before after I was repeatedly refused the keys to my traverse. 7. When I brought up the service concerns I was told that the service ranges were a range so 60-90k I would need a full service. However, when I get back with finance it’s if you don’t change a windshield wiper exactly when service tells you to it’s going to void your warranty. 8. I was told the vehicle was getting ready to go. Only to find when I was almost home that it had no fuel. The tool to take the jeep apart wasn’t in it. I didn’t leave there happy like I wanted to. I need to purchase a second vehicle in a few months and unless the service department absolutely blows my socks off it will not be with John Vance. I don’t care if you have the top salesman working the deal. It makes no difference to me what you do I am trying to buy a vehicle not interview and hire a salesman. My advice would be to show a little bit more humility than that. More

Jonathan, April, and Marcus were all very helpful, knowledgeable, and absolute professionals. They were very patient with me while I got the necessary documents. Needless to say I came unprepared, the knowledgeable, and absolute professionals. They were very patient with me while I got the necessary documents. Needless to say I came unprepared, they made sure that wasn’t an issue. They even delivered the vehicle to the house. It was a long drive, and April and Jonathan seemed happy to do it.
