This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with the service at this dealership. I had hoped for better, given that it's a Ford, but the reality has been disappointing. I was informed that a part controlling the heat and air was faulty, with a quoted fix of $350 and the assurance that it could be done while I waited. Instead, after three days and four unanswered messages, the cost skyrocketed to nearly $3,000. To make matters worse, I previously endured a full system rebuild that cost me $17,000, only to have the fuel line rupture a week later. They had just fixed the fuel line, yet now they wanted an additional $3,300 to address the issue again. The calculations are hard to ignore. When I raised my concerns, I was met with laughter from staff, which only added to my frustration. Avoid doing business here—I'm not the only one who feels this way. I had to give them a star to leave this review, but they certainly don’t deserve it. More

The service department of this dealership is a sham. They had my 2024 F150 Hybrid for 2 weeks and did nothing. They lied to my face about it as well. I dropped off the truck with 18000 miles on it be They had my 2024 F150 Hybrid for 2 weeks and did nothing. They lied to my face about it as well. I dropped off the truck with 18000 miles on it because it totally shut down will driving. I was told by this service dept that only one tech knew how to work on this type of truck. However, each time I tried to talk with him they would tell me he was out to lunch. I got FMC involved and they told them the same thing. The caseworker at FMC advised me to seek out another service department and thankfully I was able to get it to one and they went to work the very same day I delivered it. Vance Ford Service Department continually lied about the issues with my truck as well as when I did go to look in on it had it parked unlocked on their back parking lot. They couldn't even find the key when I asked for it. I have never had such chaotic service from a dealership in all my life. This department works on deception and come to find out they are extremely incompetent. The person I was stuck with was Scot and he continually manipulated and lied about the status of my truck. Had I not got FMC involved my truck would still be sitting on their back lot. I drive Ford Trucks. Needless to say I will never be back at Vance Ford in Guthrie nor any other dealership that bears that name. I pastor a church and will not from the pulpit say anything about this dealership and its service department but you can be assured that when one of my congregation needs to buy a vehicle I will be sure and put them on guard regarding this dealership..."wolves in sheep's clothing"...
