Willing to work with difficult situations I went to this dealership when my 2007 Chevy Cobalt died. I was looking for a Honda, and was ready to purchase a used one at Car Max when the deal fel I went to this dealership when my 2007 Chevy Cobalt died. I was looking for a Honda, and was ready to purchase a used one at Car Max when the deal fell through. Car Max could not secure financing unless I changed the address on my license. My old home address was on the license, and my Mom and I left that home due to a domestic violence situation initiated by my father. Since then we have lived in a secret location, where he is unable to track us down. The DMV suggested that we not change addresses on our licenses, because it would be easy for my father to look up the address and track us down. We told this dealership about the situation, and what had happened at CarMax, and they went out of their way to find affordable financing, without the change of address on the license. They were kind, friendly, and willing to help out in a difficult situation, and I've been telling all my tutoring clients about them. More

Small dealer, but very professional and upfront! My wife and I recently purchased a 2003 Toyota SUV from John's Route 13, and the experience was great. Out of all the dealerships, new and used, that My wife and I recently purchased a 2003 Toyota SUV from John's Route 13, and the experience was great. Out of all the dealerships, new and used, that we went to (and there were many), they were by far the most easygoing and professional. This is a small lot, and it's in between a bunch of really low-end shady lots on Route 13. But these guys are head and shoulders above their competition. We had some very specific criteria, and the salesman (Steven) and the owner (John) helped me find something that met them. Once I found something I liked, they drove the car to and from my mechanic so that he could check it out, and kept in touch with me through text messages. Most importantly they stood by their word on everything throughout the whole process, even when it came to trade-in value and final costs. Overall, I rate these guys very highly and I would definitely buy a used car from them again. More

I told him exactly what I was looking for and the money that I was willing to spend and he got me what I needed. The owner, John, on the other hand left me a bit angry in the way that he handled the close of the deal. I informed him that I would be back on Tuesday, with cash i might add, to pick up the vehicle and not only was the title not ready he didn't have the decency to show up but tried to increase the price through the salesperson!!! More
