We had a deal and then we didn’t John, the actual owner, offered me 2k for my trade in. When I went in for the deal, he was now offering me 1k and increased the price of the vehicle I John, the actual owner, offered me 2k for my trade in. When I went in for the deal, he was now offering me 1k and increased the price of the vehicle I was to purchase by 1k. In essence, I was paying him 1k to take my vehicle. When I asked about the additional 1k, he stated that was an undisclosed bank fee he was obligated to charge me for getting me a great rate (12.7%). When he brought out the contract, he failed to separate this secret fee from the purchase price of the vehicle to which I contested since all fees must be legally disclosed. Additionally, the car I was going to buy had a wreck that he didn’t disclose nor was it disclosed online when I found the car. When I asked for a fresh bill of sale so we can get a loan from a bank, he became irritable, disrespectful, and assaulted me. My family and I left the premises and he kept the title for my vehicle. When the police showed up in an attempt to retrieve my title, he suddenly didn’t have it anymore. I am now having panic attack’s and anxiety from this interaction. This man does not behave like a normal human being and has traumatized me and my family. I do not recommend anyone do business here. More

No Integrity Here I purchased a car from them on a Saturday. I was told the key needed to be replaced prior to driving the car. I test drive the car which I noticed the I purchased a car from them on a Saturday. I was told the key needed to be replaced prior to driving the car. I test drive the car which I noticed the car was shaking as it slowed coming to a stop. I was told it was rotors. John said he would replace them or deduct 150.00 if I fixed them myself. I told him Range Rover rotors would never cost 150.00 he wouldn't offer more money. Nevermind the car was dirty and stank like smoke... I took the car figuring I would detail it. THE VERY NEXT MORNING my brother looked under the engine case only to find the cover burned burnt wires wrapped in black tape. I called John immediately he insisted he wanted to make it right. He said he would tow the car Monday he towed it Tues now he is holding my car ransom until I pay him for repairs he should have done prior to selling a 21000.00 car. Now I'm paying a lawyer . Thus is his idea of making it right. I made a deal with the devil himself More
