I took my 2008 chevy avalanche into johnny londoff for service on my right rear door lock they check it and said it was bad so I order a new one to replace the bad one when I pick it up I could not get in service on my right rear door lock they check it and said it was bad so I order a new one to replace the bad one when I pick it up I could not get in the driver side they said it was nothing they did I will never do any more business with johnny londoff I believe it was baiting me to get something fix that was not broken from the start and the general manger jim saffo was very un professional with my concern he made a comment with a open phone mic that i was getting nothing More

I feel as though i was baited and switched when it came to my Auto Extended Warranty. It was said it was bumper to bumper and it isnt.
