Very frustrating. If someone could have explained the process then we wouldn't have been upset and would have anticipated the wait. Not good customer service at all. More

First of all they don’t even know where there cars are, they walk around pushing buttons on the fob until they find it. Then after we picked a vehicle, it was the longest buying experience of my life, we were there for almost 6 hours. Then we go to leave and it only had one key, which we weren’t told up front, and they are not cheap to replace. A couple days later the tire sensor started acting up, so they agreed to look at it. My wife took it in and they had it all day to replace two sensors, she picked it up and drove it three miles when the tire light came back on. To top it off they gave her a list of $800 in repairs that it needed a couple months after we bought it. Lastly, my wife got a flat and there wasn’t a jack in the car. Find a different dealership!!! More

Spent $600 for 2 replacement keys, they couldn't figure out how program them, had to pay for them anyway, this took 3 weeks.
