Never will go here again Chrysler Service- just an oil change waited 2 and a half hours when they say first come first serve and was the 2nd car there and didn't explain that if an appt shows up you get p change waited 2 and a half hours when they say first come first serve and was the 2nd car there and didn't explain that if an appt shows up you get pushed back- but then someone comes out and says 25mins then an hour later says 25mins again- on top of that didn't even honor the coupon that we had. We were looking for a used vehicle and they had said we could upgrade and keep the same payment, what a joke. First of all they don’t even know where there cars are, they walk around pushing buttons on the fob until they find it. Then after we picked a vehicle, it was the longest buying experience of my life, we were there for almost 6 hours. Then we go to leave and it only had one key, which we weren’t told up front, and they are not cheap to replace. A couple days later the tire sensor started acting up, so they agreed to look at it. My wife took it in and they had it all day to replace two sensors, she picked it up and drove it three miles when the tire light came back on. To top it off they gave her a list of $800 in repairs that it needed a couple months after we bought it. Lastly, my wife got a flat and there wasn’t a jack in the car. Find a different dealership!!!
