Told him exactly the car i wanted an we went straight to his cubical. 20 minutes tops we had an agreement. Had to wait 15-20 minutes to go to the financing . the entire time I would stop to explaining the process. What to watch for an how to protect himself. The entire staff was accommodating an understanding. Process was over before the car was prepped to travel. After the sale was complete Mr Haire took my son to the car an made him comfortable with all the features an synced his phone to the car. Wonderful car buying experience .
