I had a particular truck that I wanted.It was not available locally, but Jarrod Arrington was able to find what I needed.Unfortunatly as the paperwork was being signed we found out the truck had been outfitted with a 4inch lift kit and other accessories by the dealer that was supplying the vehicle to Johnson Ford. Not to be deterred Jarrod was able to locate another truck with the accessories I wanted and a couple more I didn't request but will use. I appreciate all the help and concern from the Johnson team that helped. The best dealership ever !!! I have never been to a dealership and didn't feel pressure from a salesmen but Johnson City Ford is so much different. Saturday afternoon me and my wi I have never been to a dealership and didn't feel pressure from a salesmen but Johnson City Ford is so much different. Saturday afternoon me and my wife was looking at cars all day long I decided to drop by Johnson City Ford and see what they had and the car salesman Nick came to us and shook our hand and introduced himself and asked us how we were doing like he knew us forever. We explained what our situation was and we were just looking to buy later sometime. We first were just looking for my wife we test drove a 2017 escape and my wife fell in love with it when sitting down and working on financing we got a 2017 escape with the best interest rate we have ever got and I mentioned that I would be looking to trade my current vehicle in because I was like 4000 upside down they said the were possibly able to get me at a 0% interest rate so after test driving a 2016 Fusion I knew what I wanted and went back in after signing paperwork for my wife and signed paperwork with 0% financing with my trade-in and negative equity. Long story short I will never ever go back to anywhere else and will want car salesman Nick C. For future deals I can not say anything bad about Johnson City Ford I tell everyone about how they were and recommend everyone to them. More
