Needless to say, this is an awful practice by dealerships that needs to stop. Fortunately, Glen the sales manager was very apologetic and somewhat remedied the problem. Ask for him if anything about your purchase seems odd. Otherwise happy with my truck so far. More

From the General Sales Manager down to the the sales person, I was treated well and, it appears, honestly. J.R. Speed, our sales person was very attentive and was an 11 out of 10 in what we could hope for in a sales associate. He was diligent and earnest. He listened to me and did everything in his power not only to make the sale, but to make me happy. I WILL go back to Johnson City Ford when I'm looking for another car. 5 stars! More

I was able to leave it at the dealership until Christmas Eve when I picked it up (they were closed as it was Sunday). Car was clean and ready. My only issue was it had an AirBag warning before I purchased. They said they had fixed it before I picked it up, yet when I picked it up, it was still on. I left a message, but have not heard back (now about 2 weeks). I'm guessing it is not legal for a dealership to sell a vehicle which has a defective safety issue, but I'm not sure. More

I contacted the dealership and was treated fairly via text. I looked at the car and ended up buying it. I was very happy with the salesman, J.R. Street. Super nice, honest and upfront. They held the car until Christmas Eve for me as this was a present. J.R. had it all cleaned up and ready to go when I picked it up from the closed lot. You have to go through 'Finance,' even if you're not financing. Both Matt and Doug were great. I would definitely go back here if I was looking for another vehicle. More

I can not say enough about this dealership. Michael and Glen went beyond what another dealership would have. Find what I think will be a great vehicle from another dealership work the deal it arrives. Bad is all I can say, the other dealership I feel let us down they should have been more honest. Here I am thinking I have traded a new truck perfect condition and I have now a nightmare. Let me tell you they could not have been nicer told me drive it till we find the perfect for you vehicle NO MATTER how long it takes. THEY DID !!! They made sure it was one I could get in and out easy. Able to store anything I may need to load health wise later. We looked at countless vehicles and I DO MEAN ALOT. They were nice the whole time about it. I did find the perfect fit for me. I could not have ask for better customer service. They even went out of there way to offer to send their courtesy shuttle to pick me up if I ever needed a ride from a treatment. When they say they support their hometown they really mean it. I would not ever hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. More
