Bought a 2016 F150 XLT "Trevor Rowe "our salesman was wonderful , friendly, and honest sales person . However we are concerned about the choice in financing that was made for us . Our credit rating being excellent, we know that we should have a better percentage rate than we got from this deal . I have spoken with our lenders at home and were told that we should have spoken with them befor going to purchase a truck . You may want to do your shopping for a bank before going to look for a car ! More

Worst Service Ever Experienced New to J.C, I stopped to have "check engine" light checked. I paid about $150 for the service and was told there was nothing wrong and that they clea New to J.C, I stopped to have "check engine" light checked. I paid about $150 for the service and was told there was nothing wrong and that they cleared the fault. A week later the engine seized because of blocked catalytic converters. I was told the engine damage was so severe it would cost too much to repair it. What more can a car owner do other that bring the car in when it says "check engine?" I trusted J.C. Ford to find the problem and they failed costing me a car. More
