I brought my car in four times for the same issue and the last time I came in they still did not fix it, and my Advisor laughed in my face at my problem basically just joking around saying nothing was wrong last time I came in they still did not fix it, and my Advisor laughed in my face at my problem basically just joking around saying nothing was wrong with my car. I ended up going to Coggin honda of Fort Pierce in the first time around they resurfaced my brakes. They were still making really bad noise and feeling a lot of road noise so I took it back. They were extremely accommodating at Coggin and fixed my issues that Johnson Honda apparently said I had no issues with my car. I will not be returning to Johnson Honda as they were not helpful at all, and I felt very disrespected as a customer. They also try to have me pay for the diagnosis the last time just to tell me there’s no issues with the same thing I’ve brought it in three previous times for. More
