I had a great experience with the service department at Johnson Honda of Stuart. The team did an excellent job with my oil change and tire rotation. Everything was handled professionally, quickly, and they kept me informed throughout the process. It’s always a good feeling when you can trust the people working on your car, and the staff here made the visit smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the customer service they provided. Because of experiences like this, I would love to continue doing business with Johnson Honda in the future. One thing I hope they can help me with is trading in my current vehicle and getting into the Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring Hybrid 2026. I stopped into Vatland Honda on my way home from work to look at a certified 2025 CRV Sport L Hybrid. I was welcomed by Chrem. From the moment she introduced herself, I knew I was in good hands. Chrem showed me the vehicles I was in the market for and was straight forward, honest and very professional the whole step of the way. Within 2 hours, I had my current vehicle appraised and picked out my new one, completed paperwork and was out the door. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and professional. The one thing that impressed me about Chrem is not only all the awards she has received at the dealership but her longevity of being with Vatland Honda since January 2019. I have purchased many cars in the past and have found that salespeople sell me a car and are no longer with the dealership by the time I needed my first scheduled service.
