I had gone to a few other Honda dealerships, knew I wanted a Honda. My choice to stay with Johnson Honda was because of the sales people. They were not pushy like I experienced at other Honda dealershi wanted a Honda. My choice to stay with Johnson Honda was because of the sales people. They were not pushy like I experienced at other Honda dealerships, which made me uncomfortable. My salesmen was Rick Fuss, he worked with me through the whole process of which Honda I wanted. Told me everything I needed and wanted to know. Very polite and understanding of what my needs were. Not pushy at all. I got 2012 CRV and love it. I have had it for just one year now. Everytime I go in for any problem everyone is very kind, do not feel uncomfortable at all. I would certainly go back to this dealership if I wanted to get a newer car, someday. And see Rick Fuss. This is my message to Rick Fuss at Johnson Honda of This is my message to Rick Fuss at Johnson Honda of Stuart Rick, We went to Connecticut this Summer and put 8,541 miles on our new 2012 C This is my message to Rick Fuss at Johnson Honda of Stuart Rick, We went to Connecticut this Summer and put 8,541 miles on our new 2012 C-RV EXL 2 WD. The mileage was so different from what you said it would be I felt that I had to contact you. For the Highway you said I would get 31 MPG, this is not even close! I typically see 34 to 35 MPG or more for the Highway. In fact for one section on the way up to Connecticut from Florida, for 406 miles between fill ups (yes you can easily go well over 400 miles on a tank) with 40 or so miles of city driving I got 37.0 MPG! For mixed highway/city you said mid 20s. Again, NOT EVEN CLOSE! 8,541 miles of city, country, mountains, and highway produced 31.4 MPG!! Hooray for the ECON button! Typical car sales guy, promise one thing and deliver another! Rick, seriously we LOVE the new C-RV. The 2012 is our third C-RV and it is a totally different vehicle from our 2007, or our 2011. It does EVERYTHING better than the others, and they were great! Lastly, we have been blown away by how much easier Johnson makes it to do business, be it sales, service, or just questions! Internet department at Johnson is great - I cannot imagine having to haggle to buy a car in this day and age. The process at Johnson was very streamlined...we picked out a car fro their inventory o imagine having to haggle to buy a car in this day and age. The process at Johnson was very streamlined...we picked out a car fro their inventory online, sent an on-line query, got an online price back immediately, went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle, filled out paperwork (there is still lots of that but Mike the finance guy is super efficient), and drove the car home. We were buying a Civic and have bought a couple of them before so we didn't have many questions (because you really can't go wrong buying a Civic!). We had sent similar queries to other dealerships and Johnsons was the best initial price. I got the impression that the other dealerships sent either initial prices that they expected me to haggle down or they actually wanted to talk to me on the phone. I hope the other dealerships are not offended - I didn't want to negotiate a price and I certainly don't want to talk to sales people on the phone. No offense, but my time is too valuable for that. The entire process was hours from start to finish...no waiting for sales managers to approve pricing....no high pressure sales for accessories or options...no 'Fuss'. More

Mark Zisk was extremely helpful without coming across as pushy or rude.. I was not considering another lease when I arrived, but with Mark's help, I ended up leaving with a new lease and an upgraded Honda. pushy or rude..
