Had to bring vehicle in 3 times for same problem (a leak of water into cabin) and solution clearing sun-roof drains) to be fixed once. The last time it took a month before it was fixed. Your notes state that you did not observe any mold. Of course you didn’t- because I cleaned it all! I was not about to get into a van covered in mold and drive it an hour to your location. Even though the carpet seems essentially dry at this time, the interior still reeks of mold, because it was loaded with mold from June until we returned in December. Then there was the issue of you failing to address my request to change the cabin air filter. Instead you claimed to have inspected it and decided it was fine. When it was removed it was covered in debris - which we have a picture of…. Lies do not breed trust. Very disconcerting. More
