Scheduled appointment almost a week in advance for the service department, of course after the typical you are the only one with this problem and I drive 40 minutes to the appointment, service advisor Ash service department, of course after the typical you are the only one with this problem and I drive 40 minutes to the appointment, service advisor Ashton and her attitude tell me they don’t do that type of work on Saturday and I need to reschedule! I asked why was it scheduled if they don’t do it and she replies “I’m no mind reader”. More
Wow, Johnson Honda is absolutely amazing m. I was traveling today and my tire pressure light came on. I called them and they said come directly into Service.
