In that I mean not only did he work the sale of my vehicle he also assisted with the paperwork due to a couple of people were ahead of me and it was late. I always called to request a loaner vehicle for the days I couldn't wait around in one of the many cozy lounges. My service technician always worked with me and my budget so that I could plan ahead any big services. When I started the process of searching for a pre-owned vehicle, all hands were on deck to help me find the exact one to serve my needs. Eb was gracious every time I reached out to check out the car or change appointment times. He even stayed late to assist in the purchase and lead me through the buying process. There was someone to walk me through the features of the SUV and even paired my phone to the bluetooth and set my seat. I got my picture with the big red bow and everything!
