Travis Howard was great to work with from start to finish. While showing us the cars, he made sure to mention the differences between them and then when we were decideding between 2 cars, he helped us compare those differences - not just year & mileage but number of owners, length of time previously owned (which affects warranty), different packages/options/upgrades for each car, etc. In one (long) visit, we decided on the car, negotiated price, and dealt with issues for getting an out-of-state title. Even though it was getting late, Travis did not try to push or hurry us in our decision. He was helpful, friendly & courteous throughout. After we finalized everything, Travis also arranged to have someone (I forgot his name) to walk us through the differences between the older version of the LS (which we owned) and the new one (ie pointing out new button locations and changes in the display, setting up Bluetooth & personal driving options, etc). What a great perk! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Travis & this dealership to my friends. More
