I had a terrible experience at an out-of-state car dealer, and was very weary of anymore con artist car dealers.....however, Michelle came to my rescue with her amazing smile and great energy! She could tell that I was not in a good mood. I informed her of my terrible experience at car dealer X, and she proceeded to listen and be very attentive to what I needed. She recommended the most compassionate sales agent available who was Eb Udofia! Eb was amazing! Attentive to detail, Eb listened to my terrible tale and worked to craft a deal that was more than fair to me. HE LISTENED! I am very grateful for his outstanding service! Sales Manger Greg was great also....he gave Eb support in finalizing the deal and making me feel comfortable. Finance mgr Bethany was very professional and personal. The attendant at the coffee station was great also! If the general manager is reading this, I must say that you have an amazing staff and you need to personally shake the hands of everyone that I have mentioned. Due to their efforts. From the moment we spoke with a salesmen (Travis Howard) I was upfront on what I wanted hoping to take charge of this experience. Well he listened and OK! We picked out our car did the paper work...LONGGGGG AND BORINGGGGG But Travis made it bearable. He made sure to let us know every step of the way. He offered snacks and drinks. The facility had a place for my husband to watch the game and a separate room for me to read also a computer area for my girls(life saver). Long story short Less than a year later we are back to buy our 2nd Lexus with Travis ! He has made my husband a very happy man.... me to the second time wasn’t that bad Thanks Travis More

I enjoy how we were called "guests" versus customers. Tim Lyon was simply great to work with - we had good chemistry with him. He does exactly what he says, has great follow up and attention to detail; very understanding and empathetic to our personal needs; always available by phone/text/email to support you; always prompt (we had to drive 3 hours one way to get there and he was always right there to meet us). And we feel like he REALLY is appreciative of our business. That means a lot! And, Ovi Frent is terrific too!! He was so gracious, understanding, and appreciative of our business. These are two impressive professionals!!! Frankly, everyone we came into contact with seemed great, as did the overall dealership experience. The customer spaces are beautiful, you have access to snacks and beverages - we just felt special. That is important to us. We traded 2 vehicles in almost perfect condition with low mileage because we did not enjoy our experiences with the dealership. Tim (and Ovi) certainly made our vehicle purchasing a pleasure!! More
