I referenced 2 Hyundai's I was interested in and he pulled both cars around so I could test drive each. Now keep in mind it was raining hard out there and Roy was more than happy to go out in the rain to retrieve these vehicles. I decided on one of the vehicles and we negotiated the price and was very happen with the final number. I needed to come back the next day so I could talk it over with the wife.... So Roy let me take the car overnight so she could see it first hand. We closed the deal the next day. The transaction was painless.
