On the last day of the month we were at the showroom, Gavin was with us all the time patiently answering all the questions. He had the two vehicles ready to show, took us out for test drives. It took a few days for us to decide what we wanted, but once we did, Ian collected our financial information and let us know we were approved in a short period of time. We went in to sign paperwork for our new vehicle and Ian moved us seamlessly through the process from start to finish. He passed us over to Mindie to sign our paperwork; she was extremely kind and genuine, as well. We were at the dealership past closing time, but when we left Mindie’s office, Ian was there waiting for us to usher us out to our new Lexus. He stayed with us through the entire process and was always friendly, courteous, kind ... just a genuinely nice person. When (not if) we are looking for a new vehicle, we will go back to see Ian (and hopefully Mindie, as well!).
