Our trip to Johnson Lexus of Raleigh was such a nice experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We purchased a 350RX and have not been sorry. We love our Lexus and are so glad we made the trip. He also made the buying process very convenient by utilizing modern communication via text to send professional updates (as permitted) on the process while I was at work. Definitely didn't get an aggressive salesman vibe and felt like family when the agent gave me honest feedback to my many questions. Our situation was VERY stressful b/c my previous car had a head gasket that blew and I was stuck in a situation where we HAD to buy a car instead of purchasing a car b/c we wanted to. We had no choice. Car buying is a hassle and honestly, is not fun. HOWEVER, our experience with the entire Lexus team was incredible. They were helpful and accommodating in many ways and were HONEST (I know, honesty and car dealerships generally do not go hand in hand but that is NOT the case at Johnson Lexus in Raleigh!!!). Their knowledge of their cars was impressive, helpful, informative, and most importantly, HONEST. Roger was amazingly helpful and I can see why he was brought to NC. He is an amazing asset to the Johnson Lexus brand and team. He helped us out from the beginning and made sure the process was as easy as possible. He gave us as much information as we needed, let us go home to think about things, did not make us feel pressured to go one way or another, and helped make the car buying experience as smooth as possible. Zack was incredibly knowledgeable in the cars and was able to answer all of our questions without pressuring us to buy one thing over the other. Jon was also very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in helping us decide on which way we wanted to go (honestly, we did look at other "Brands" and other dealerships, but he helped in our decision to go with the RX350). Jon listened to what our needs were and what the plans were with our future. He was HONEST in his suggestions based on what our wants/needs were. He could have easily tried to upsell us into another larger vehicle but again, listened to what our needs were and put us in the best car for OUR NEEDS, not his. And after the decision to purchase, Rhonda made all the paperwork signing a breeze. Is the Lexus brand a bit more expensive than the "non-luxury" brands? Yes. But with the customer experience, their HONESTY, customer service, and how they treat their "guests" makes it worth it. I can go on and on about how awesome our experience was but I am running out of room. If you are looking for a car, MAKE SURE YOU STOP BY JOHNSON LEXUS!!! More

LONG day, but happy customer. We arrived at 12:30pm on a Friday to consider our options for turning in a leased vehicle. We ended up turning the vehicle in, and leasing another Lexus. The customer service was, and is always, top-notch at this dealership, however we did not leave until around 6:00pm that evening! There did not seem to be an unusual number of customers that day, so I'm not sure what the hold-up was. I know the financing process, entering data, etc. takes a while, but we felt this was an extremely long time to get this process done. More
WORTH THE TRIP FROM VIRGINIA! I have been looking for a TOYOTA HIGHLANDER LIMITED in blizzard pearl with either a gray or black leather interior all over Virginia and the only ones I have been looking for a TOYOTA HIGHLANDER LIMITED in blizzard pearl with either a gray or black leather interior all over Virginia and the only ones I could find had a beige/tan interior and I had just about given up then in the wee hours of the morning on line, I found my Dream Car in, of all places this AMAZING Lexus Dealership! From the first contact we had with our Sales Person Richard Amadin, when I gave him my credit card number over the phone to hold the car, then when we arrived and met the people at the receptionist desk, until the last people we saw, writing the check to buy it and then the Computer Tech person who taught us how to set up the Navigation and my phone information in the car, we were treated so nicely and you would have thought we were coming to see the most expensive Lexus on the lot! EVERY person we came in contact with were wonderful, knowledgeable, considerate and so kind. We were there for four hours talking and waiting for them to put the final red carpet touches on my 2012 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER LIMITED IN BLIZZARD PEARL WITH BLACK LEATHER INTERIOR (that looks AMAZING with the faux wood trim). This car looks brand new! Low miles and a great price and it even has PUDDLE LIGHTS and a NAVIGATION SYSTEM! I'm a Jazz Singer in Richmond, Virginia so this is the "Official Diva Mobile"! I absolutely love it! If you weren't so far away, we'd have to come in every now and again just to say hello! Certified Lexus Purchase I saw a vehicle online in which I was interested. I was able to confirm it was available via phone and made contact with a sales person named Sergio E I saw a vehicle online in which I was interested. I was able to confirm it was available via phone and made contact with a sales person named Sergio Escarcega. When I arrived at the dealership and was looking around Sergio found me. He was helpful and friendly and the whole experience was very straight forward. I ended up purchasing the car and Sergio kept me in the loop on an accessory that was included and let me know when it was available. We got a nice tour of the service area - very well kept. More
