Sergio did all of the leg work for us and we literally arrived at the dealership, signed our paperwork , dropped off our old Lexus and within 90 minutes we were out the door in our new vehicle. Our service advisor Jennifer was very knowledgeable and able to relink our phones and review the car's features. Oh, and we got a big red bow atop our new girl too! Lovely surprise.
