I will say I've been frustrated with how long it's taking to get my dashboard replaced via the replacement program. I've been on the list for over a year - far too long - and am still probably six months out. I'm very grateful for getting a new dashboard - looks horrible with the cracks that shouldn't have happened - but Corporate should have been much better prepared and be moving much more quickly. I've been a great customer for 12 years - bought car from you guys and have religiously serviced it at every step along the way with you guys. More
