Herbie did a great job... great sales person Overall great experience..... very attentive to us as customers. I did however have inquire twice on the Internet before I received a call back. But the first time I "chatted" with the person and no one ever called me back... So probably want to check the work flow or perhaps just a one off that happened. But regardless, if I had not called back or if I had liked the car I drove at CarMax the day before I would not have purchased this car.... Just a business opportunity for improvement, but once there and Herbie calling everything went great ! More
