Excellent Service- Great Amenities. I don't usually use the Raleigh location for my service visits but my regular location was not available. I was please at how easy it was to schedule the visit online. All of the service staff I worked with were friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. I was given a tour of the comfortable waiting area including a cafe and business center where I was able to catch up on work and phone calls privately while I waited. Chris, my rep, kept me apprised of the work being done and sought me out for my approval for minor add on services. More

I recently had to switch my company cars for corporation tax purpose, and Mr. Tim Lyon and Mr. Wes Diederich did an outstanding job meeting and understanding my needs. I appreciate their detail to attention, and down to earth approach. They will treat you like a family and friend that one may not typically find at another dealership. When my vehicle was ready, Ryan was tied up so another service advisor took care of the check out process so I was not delayed. More
