Times the washes are being offered have been signifucantly decreased and some of the staff seems as though you are a bother by coming in. If this is not a service Johnson is going to provide with a welcoming attitude, then they should not have offered this amenitiy.. This was one of the reasons we chose Johnson. We are happy with our vehicle, and had heard that Johnson Lexus was a level above the other dealers. Someone needs to repair what had changed within the service department over the past month or so. If the attitudes and reduced time is a cost savings initiate, them my suggestion would be for Johnson to cut costs somewhere else. More
