Also, Eb's customer service was A+!! Another quality that's means a lot to me. From the huge red bow on top of my car, to Eric explaining every bell and whistle, to the Southern Seasons gift basket, to the tent card telling me Congratulations, to the detailed car wash on a cloudy day, etc. it was the little things that made my first purchase with Lexus memorable. I'm glad my sons were also there to share it with me. So far I've had a superb experience with the staff at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. I expect the same or better from here on out.
