The absolute BEST in every component of a car selection I've been researching and looking for the right vehicle to trade my '08 Avalon Limited. I saw several options online, started the online chat for a price quote, got an immediate response from Jackson Syperski. He was outstanding in seeking to find the best fit for me. On holiday, I went to the dealership and he paired me with Anas Faraj. Anas was absolutely wonderful!!! Very intuitive to my anxiety about the high-tech features, he patiently took time to ensure that I understood/was comfortable with the many features. I'd been to other dealerships and was so completely overwhelmed, I left feeling frustrated. It was important to me that my son who is very car-tech savvy (currently on short-term work assignment in Australia) be involved; and, Anas took extra time to speak to my son on the phone. I compared the 2015 vs 2016 sedans and SUVs. Anas was so kind, willing to spend as much time as needed, allowing me time to drive, compare, discuss, etc. It was 5:45 when I'd made my decision: 2016 pre-owned, L-certified, ES 350. They were supposed to close at 6; but Anas, April (finance manager), and Eric (tech support) stayed until the deal was complete, finance worked out, and the car detailed, ready to be delivered -- with the beautiful red bow, nice basket in the back seat, and nice "congratulations" note on display, inside the vehicle. I credit Jackson for the special contacts/call to get me to the dealership and Anas for his crucial role/assistance in best selection/deal for me. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience that I had at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. I'd heard about the special way they treated clients and their superb customer service; now, I can say I lived the best car buying/selection experience ever -- and, for sure, I'm in as a lifelong customer (and spreading the word in Rocky Mount, NC!). It's comforting to know that anytime I need help, I'll have it -- with people who TRULY care and are there for me. Anas has checked with me, since the purchase to see how things were going. I had a few questions, and he answered them. No where that I've ever been (and I've bought several vehicles in my life!) can ever top the quality people who are employed there and the top-notch service they provide. I now know why Johnson Lexus is so highly rated nation-wide in customer service - I've experienced the very best. I'm excited with my Lexus and grateful for my experience! More
