Prior to meeting with a salesman, I had done several weeks of research on the best vehicle for me. Once I decided on a Lexus, I arranged a meeting with a salesman. Mr. Zack Gray assisted me. He brought around the vehicle that I thought I wanted but quickly realized before I got out of the drive that it was a nice SUV but it just didn't work for me. Mr. Gray quickly picked up on my disappointment and addressed my concerns. He wanted to know some of my likes and dislikes in a automobile. He let me know that he would find the ideal vehicle for me. From the information that I gave him, he matched me with the NX200 T with 17 inch wheels. My dream was 18 inch wheels. Otherwise the vehicle was a perfect fit. I asked for a discount since I was paying cash. That fell through. Mr. Gray was able to give me a loaner car so that I wouldn't have to rent while my vehicle arrives. It saved me a lot of money so I felt a little better. Once my vehicle arrived, I was told that Mr. Gray found a NX200 T with 18 inch wheels and more bonus features for the same price!
