(ES350) He was patient, professional, and most importantly he DID NOT haggle me. As we took the test drive, He educated me on the Lexus brand and allowed me to base my decision based on MY needs and what I was looking for in a car. He spent 6 hours with me and made sure this was a smooth process. His concern was not about HIM making a sale but making sure I was a satisfied customer. It just so happened I returned the following week to have a tire replaced due to a flat and Will made sure the appointment was scheduled and he waited around until the services was completed. Due to it being close to the end of the day, Will chatted with me until the car was finished and ensured that piece of the process was followed through correctly. This was the absolute best service I have ever experienced when making a car purchase. In addition, I have to say the The Johnson Lexus team overall were great.
