He was able to answer all my questions, if he couldn't, he went to get the answer. He was not a high pressured salesman, which I liked about him. He was cordial, and pleasant, with an outgoing personality. Once the sale was made, I was turned over to other individuals (not remembering names), that completed the finalizing of paperwork, and turning over the vehicle to me, with all the ins and outs that I needed to be aware of. What a great experience. I've been to many dealerships, throughout my life, and it's been a long one. This one is the best, and probably will be my last. More

The finance person also wasn't pushy in trying to get us to buy an extended warranty and thanked us for allowing her to make her presentation. We were shown how to operate all features of the car that we were interested in instead of being forced to sit through a mandatory walk through of all the car's gadgets. More
