The pressure of haggling and trying to wade through the barrage of false promises is more than I care to experience. However, last week I agreed to accompany my husband to Johnson Lexus, because I really wanted to support him in leasing a new car. The experience could not have been more pleasant. Ken Ward was the sales consultant that we dealt with and he made the entire process almost pain free. Unfortunately, when it came to settling on a price there was still some double talking by the sales manager, who could not adequately explain why the advertised lease price, was different from the one we were quoted. The financial manager was able to better assist us with the understanding. Overall, an excellent experience and I would recommend this dealership and Ken Ward without hesitation. More
