Tim not only follows up his sales with frequent emails checking on the car and how it is working for me but he never forgets a birthday or holiday message. We live over two hours away and due to a conflict they stay late to make themselves available for us and ensure all our questions were answered and the car was ready for deliver late on a Saturday night.
