As a result, I decided to give some consideration to turning in my '12 ES350 and going into a '15 ES350. However, I was adamant about retaining certain features which I really liked about my car, including the color. What would be the odds that finding a new car with those specifications would happen? Yet, Christian did find one ... and in a matter of days! He then patiently allowed me time to think about this seriously and was ready to proceed when, and if, I gave him the word. I cannot give plaudits enough to Christian who was knowledgeable, thorough, consistent in follow-up, considerate, polite, and appreciably professional. The Lexus SUV was actually out of the price range we had established, but he showed us a very nice clean used Mercedes GL 450 with just 17K miles. He was truly a help, not pushy, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He let US make the decision on the SUV, and WE made the decision on the SUV for us. The price was amazing for the mileage, so I arrived at the dealership on the morning of Saturday April 4. I met Sergio Escarcega in the parking lot, and we drove around looking for the car. I was impressed with the volume of used cars there, and we found the Forester up on a rack in one of the service areas. I knew as soon as we started the test drive that I loved the car. Sergio was so professional and efficient as we went through the paperwork. He arranged to get me a loaner car, since I had to leave my Honda that I was trading in - that was HUGE! He also called me a few days later to let me know that the Forester needed some additional repairs, which were being done at no charge. I picked the car up this afternoon, and I am so happy! Sergio made this be BEST car buying experience I have ever had- I bought a used 9 year old car, but he treated me like I was purchasing the most expensive Lexus on the lot. I will be recommending Johnson Lexus to anyone looking for a new or used car, and it is because of the wonderful buying experience I had with Sergio. Thank you Sergio!
