Let me tell you, I told Eb exactly what I wanted and told him not to bother me unless the vehicle met ALL of my requirements. He didn't hassle me at all, found me exactly what I wanted and more (being the car was a certified pre-owned lexus). If you want someone you can trust, wont hassle you to purchase, finds you want you want and comes in on his day off to help and treats you like a friend and not just another customer... call Eb. Miracle Sale! It had been 10 years since I owned a new car and now it had become worn down with wear and tear. I had been in touch with Zack since last June of 2014 It had been 10 years since I owned a new car and now it had become worn down with wear and tear. I had been in touch with Zack since last June of 2014 as he was referred to me by a cousin. I honestly didn't think I could purchase anything until my tax refund came back next Spring. I claimed that 2015 would be a better year for me and my family. I prayed for a great car deal that I would love and would not be a headache to own or maintain; it needed to last awhile. Zack was always professional and consistent. He sent me pictures two weeks ago about a 2008 Lexus GX 470 with less than 50,000 miles on it and told me try for the prequalifying round. I did---he worked with me---and I am now the owner of this beautiful SUV. Jim Moss and his driving partner drove the car to my driveway---all the way from Raleigh, NC to Nashville, TN! Top-notch quality service! Mr. Moss and.his wonderful driving partner took great care of my car, we took care of paperwork at the bank, and they made sure to give me a tour of the car going over it in detail until I was comfortable before they left. I would highly recommend Johnson Lexus of Raleigh for your next vehicle. All involved were professional, PATIENT, and kind. They were very knowledgeable and I felt secure that I could trust.their expertise and not get "taken." Zack Gray is very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner as well as Jackson Szyperski and Billie Caraway. They were very personable. They made the process smooth and quick. What I like the most is that I had a limited time to buy this vehicle as my wife is pregnant and due at any moment and they understood that and help me get the SUV I need it for the budget I was looking for. They went above and beyond by contacting the previews owner of the car I purchase to ask them for the missing keys and got them back for me within two days after I got my suv. My wife and I really enjoyed working with the team. Thank you for your help! More

Very impressed I found the used Honda Civic EX-L for my boys online (Autotrader) and after comparing thousands of cars over a period of roughly 6 weeks, I personally I found the used Honda Civic EX-L for my boys online (Autotrader) and after comparing thousands of cars over a period of roughly 6 weeks, I personally looked at about a dozen of cars at different dealers all over the South East since I had to travel there anyway (GA, FL, NC, SC). From the beginning Johnson Lexus impressed me through an excellent sales team (Gerry Dorner / Jackson Szyperski), very fast response time and great customer service. I felt no sales pitch / push and received the facts / info I was asking for. Everything was well organized and I have never had a smoother buying process. Last but not least, when I picked up the car you could clearly see that they detailed (!) the car inside and out. Their team must have had invested hours to assure my son had that big, fat smile from left to right on his face. Something priceless when you buy the first car for your kids. I live in Charlotte, NC (3-hrs drive). However, the entire experience was so pleasant and positive, that I will definitely come back to check their inventory next time I am looking for a car. I truly recommend Johnson Lexus of Raleigh and especially Gerry Dorner - THANK YOU !! More

You see, when I went to Johnson Lexus, I had no intentions of buying a Lexus vehicle. My husband and I test drove numerous other vehicles before deciding to drive the ES 350. Zack answered all our questions on all the vehicles we test drove and listened to all our concerns. He was honest in his responses and able to offer us suggestions.
