First off, Thank You Marcus for helping me purchase my 3rd Lexus ES 350. How did I meet Marcus....that Sunday I specifically picked to walk around the lot when you guys were closed and you shared your car 3rd Lexus ES 350. Kidding, a few months later we were driving cars, eating snacks from the waiting area, making deals, eating more snacks, finalizing finance paperwork (The interest rate I received could have been better with my 800+ credit score, but this is out of Marcus' control so no 'star' off for that, but I ended up refinancing), still eating, and finally giving me the keys to my car! Wooohooo! The process with Marcus and Lexus moved along as expected, this is my offer, this is our offer, here's mine again.....until we found our happy place which was on a rainy night where you wanted me to come in that night. While I was not happy with that, I appreciate the cool gift I was given to make up....which is part of why this review is not 4 stars. I received my car clean with a bow, the team worked with me on the features, my how features have changed since 2013, and all was well in my Universe! Zach Gray receives 5 stars!!!!! Zach Was outstanding! Financing not so much. Interest was high 4.64 when I refinanced for 2.19 less then 10 days later. I am a loyal customer, however this time I do not believe I was treated like one during the finance portion of the process. Again, Zack was phenomenal. He was the same when I begin looking several months ago and he followed through. Marcus worked tirelessly to get me the car I wanted. I drove a 2015 Lexus NX and I loved that car with all my heart. The nicest car I've ever driven ... and then someone rear-ended me. I didn't want to add another cent to my car payment, yet I wanted a new car. I mentioned to Marcus that I really liked the new UX model, the next thing I know, he has found one for me and had all the payments figured out so that my car payment didn't increase at all. Even so, I kept waffling on what to do, and at no point did Marcus pressure me or give me a hard sell that I've often experienced. He gave me the time and space to make a good decision. In fact, I asked him once what he would do, to which he replied, I can't make that decision for you. I went with the UX and I LOVE it! The transaction was quick and painless because Marcus had most of the paperwork completed before I even arrived. While there, my Volvo driving husband fell in love with an ES. Two days later, Marcus had him driving home in one. Marcus is genuine, caring, smart, and has integrity. I wish I could buy another car from him just to support him and show him how thankful we are for him! More
