Even so, I kept waffling on what to do, and at no point did Marcus pressure me or give me a hard sell that I've often experienced. He gave me the time and space to make a good decision. In fact, I asked him once what he would do, to which he replied, I can't make that decision for you. I went with the UX and I LOVE it! The transaction was quick and painless because Marcus had most of the paperwork completed before I even arrived. While there, my Volvo driving husband fell in love with an ES. Two days later, Marcus had him driving home in one. Marcus is genuine, caring, smart, and has integrity.
