There was a LONG wait to see someone in Finance - it would be great if you had more Finance team members on staff so that you could reduce some of that wait time. We spent about 4 hours in the dealership when all was said and done but I feel like we should have been able to accomplish everything in 2 hours. Ian was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the questions we had. I felt like he was truthful and also willing to work with us to come to an agreement. The dealership was comfortable. We are VERY happy with our purchase. The RX is gorgeous and we are happy we are part of the Lexus family now! More
