Ken Ward - Sales Excellence I would like to recommend Kenneth Ward. When we first met Ken, we explained that we were just starting our search for a new vehicle and that the Lexus I would like to recommend Kenneth Ward. When we first met Ken, we explained that we were just starting our search for a new vehicle and that the Lexus RX Hybrid was not really on our list but that we wanted to do due diligence and came in to look. Ken was not pushy at all. Asked what we liked and didn't want and offered a test drive. He took time to talk with everyone and thoroughly pointed out the features that the car had. He was very knowledgeable on the product. He was patient, took time to speak to everyone. It was if we were his only customer and he had plenty of time for us. We left saying that the RX was now on the list. Ken helped us negotiate a good/fair price and now we're the owners of a Lexus RXh.
