However, Ken set himself apart by being transparent, patient, consistent, and helpful. I really felt as if his goal was to help me find a car I would be happy with. I didn’t feel like a number. I felt like a valued customer who was working with a salesman that was invested in what I wanted. The process was painless. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me options to look at that met my standard. Once I found a vehicle I liked he was quick to get the ball rolling. In 2017 I decided to lease a new Lexus and the sales person was Tim Lyons. Tim was wonderful to work with. He knew his products and was extremely helpful and intuitive in helping me pick the right car for me. I decided to lease another car in July. I wanted to lease a hybrid. I suggested some models to test drive. He suggested a different one based on what I was asking for in a car. He turned out to be right. So this was the second superb interaction with him and the dealership. His follow-up skills after the car was leased and picked up was terrific. He was always prompt with his replies to my questions, and generous with his time and knowledge. I never felt pressured throughout the process with either of the vehicles that I leased from him. I highly recommend him to anyone in search of a new Lexus. More
