When we first met Ken, we explained that we were just starting our search for a new vehicle and that the Lexus I would like to recommend Kenneth Ward. When we first met Ken, we explained that we were just starting our search for a new vehicle and that the Lexus RX Hybrid was not really on our list but that we wanted to do due diligence and came in to look. Ken was not pushy at all. Asked what we liked and didn't want and offered a test drive. He took time to talk with everyone and thoroughly pointed out the features that the car had. He was very knowledgeable on the product. He was patient, took time to speak to everyone. It was if we were his only customer and he had plenty of time for us. We left saying that the RX was now on the list. Ken helped us negotiate a good/fair price and now we're the owners of a Lexus RXh. However, Ken set himself apart by being transparent, patient, consistent, and helpful. I really felt as if his goal was to help me find a car I would be happy with. I didn’t feel like a number. I felt like a valued customer who was working with a salesman that was invested in what I wanted. The process was painless. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me options to look at that met my standard. Once I found a vehicle I liked he was quick to get the ball rolling. In 2017 I decided to lease a new Lexus and the sales person was Tim Lyons. Tim was wonderful to work with. He knew his products and was extremely helpful and intuitive in helping me pick the right car for me. I decided to lease another car in July. I wanted to lease a hybrid. I suggested some models to test drive. He suggested a different one based on what I was asking for in a car. He turned out to be right. So this was the second superb interaction with him and the dealership. His follow-up skills after the car was leased and picked up was terrific. He was always prompt with his replies to my questions, and generous with his time and knowledge. I never felt pressured throughout the process with either of the vehicles that I leased from him. I highly recommend him to anyone in search of a new Lexus. More
