However, Ken set himself apart by being transparent, patient, consistent, and helpful. I really felt as if his goal was to help me find a car I would be happy with. I didn’t feel like a number. I felt like a valued customer who was working with a salesman that was invested in what I wanted. The process was painless. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me options to look at that met my standard. Once I found a vehicle I liked he was quick to get the ball rolling.
