I wasn't really determined to buy a specific model as I first was looking for an LS, then an ES, and finally I leased a new ES. Throughout the whole process, Dash was very patient showing me all kind of cars - online and physically at the parking lot - offering me deals trying to assist me in making up my mind. Oh... and I'm very picky guy! He really went above and beyond to keep me satisfied. This is a good move to keep the customer with them, but not everyone does this before I pay any money upfront. From day one, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for in my next vehicle and he didn’t try to twist my arm into looking at something that was out of my price range for the sake of a sale. His follow up was perfect; just enough without being intrusive. He was able to get me into my current RX330 with a deal that beat even my expectations (and believe me, my order wasn’t exactly short:) ...He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule.
