Came out with $572 bill … Not informed ahead of time of them doing 20,000 mile inspection,, which started at $258 plus extras for requested services. They charged $398 for tech services that was less than 2 hours. Stay away from service at this dealership. I refused several services I knew were not needed. Their costs are way above acceptable levels. More

Salesman was great but that’s about the only thing Finance person told me I had to have warrant to get lower interests rate and it was late during the day and kept postponing and post poning fi thing Finance person told me I had to have warrant to get lower interests rate and it was late during the day and kept postponing and post poning finally got the paperwork done when finance company called they asked if we were told I had to I told them yes had to call back told him I needed it changed finance company said it wasn’t required as he told me Next after that took weeks to finally get new paperwork to digitally sign once that was completed My tags were suppose to be transferred they did not do this properly now I have a random new tag in the mail and have had to been to dmv twice and they didn’t turn on paperwork to show my trade in now dmv saying I have a lapse In Insurance ( have to get another form filled out to show I didn’t ) and then go back to dmv again . Johnson Lexus won’t answer the phone half time time and when I do ask to speak with a manager it’s always changed or a long wait time .. this is ridiculous More
