I have had great sales service with Johnson Lexus, but most unfortunately at this 5K maintenance service I did not have my previous service rep but a different one that I was disappointed with. I was supposed to pick up my vehicle in 4hrs and received no updates to the status. By the 2nd day I had to make 3 calls to my service rep that all remained unanswered. I was not satisfied with this service visit and will be requesting to only have my prior service rep on my account going forward. Most unfortunately not a good visit. More

During an amazing tour of the facility Adedeji introduced us to Ron Kerr who told us about the maintenance program and facilities. We quickly settled on the car we wanted and were thrilled when it arrived 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
