It’s been over ten years since buying a new car, so I decided to upgrade and purchase a Lexus RX 350. The service from Lexus Durham was amazing. Adina was my sales person. I did not met Ann initially, my dad did. He made mention of weather mats previously offered but had not been honored to her and Ann immediately went into action. She reached out to me via email, text and phone to let me know she had arranged for me to receive the mats. Ann also made sure my car had the complimentary wash & gas tank tapped off. Amazing!! Lexus Durham has a true star. Stevie in technology was such a sweetheart. He’s been so patient with me in learning about all the features in my new car. Mark Ruiz in the service department was amazing as well. He was so kind, communicative and made sure to take care of my trunk sensor. Overall, Lexus Durham made my car buying experience a joy. More
