Our salesman Kareem was great. He was knowledgeable of the cars we looked at and was very patient and presented a no pressure experience. The finance person was also extremely nice and professional. We finished our deal well after closing time and the person who was to put the tag on the car must have departed and I ended up putting the tag on with my Swiss Army knife. On their appraisal sheet they listed a navigation system which is not installed on our car and the left front tire was under inflated and apparently has a slow leak which I will have to have repaired. But we are extremely satisfied with our Lexus and look forward to driving it for years to come. More

I told him what I was seeking and he sent me a link that filtered out matches to what I had described. Steve made sure I had the link to the card and asked me what time I could come by. When I got there, he had pulled two vehicles to the front of the lot. It took me an hour to decide between two color choices of the same car and the rest was history. Steve and the team (Devin, Bo, & the tech guy) were great. The car was topped with a bow prior to me driving away. 10/10 experience! More
