Our salesman Kareem was great. He was knowledgeable of the cars we looked at and was very patient and presented a no pressure experience. We finished our deal well after closing time and the person who was to put the tag on the car must have departed and I ended up putting the tag on with my Swiss Army knife. On their appraisal sheet they listed a navigation system which is not installed on our car and the left front tire was under inflated and apparently has a slow leak which I will have to have repaired. But we are extremely satisfied with our Lexus and look forward to driving it for years to come. More
