They made my first ever “Lexus Experience” very special, especially the official transfer of my "new" 2017 Lexus 350RX in their small presentation sho They made my first ever “Lexus Experience” very special, especially the official transfer of my "new" 2017 Lexus 350RX in their small presentation showroom (where they go over the car and show you various parts of the car and a little about the technology — it will take a while). As I was escorted into the showroom, my “new” car was sitting there, sparkling clean and shiny, with a sign on the dashboard with “Congratulations (and my name)”. What a nice touch. This dealership did many little things to make the buying process special. I expect their customer service will continue the same trend, as I enjoy ownership of this wonderful automobile.
