Expectations exceeded and experience memorable I started this process through my federal credit union car buying service. Because of Johnson Lexus’ reputation and purchasing a LC 500 in 2018 from the Raleigh dealership, I was completely comfortable completing the entire transaction from out-of-state by phone, text message, and email. Within four business days of initial contact, the purchase was complete and two weeks later we flew in for delivery. Our flight arrival was delayed over an hour, the friendly and contentious driver was still waiting when we arrived. Upon arrival at the dealership, Bob took us in his office for a brief introduction and to give us the keys, manuals and complimentary Lexus gifts before going to the car. Jamie Perry, delivery specialist, provided an engaging, comprehensive but easy to follow hands-on introduction of the mechanical and technical functions of our LS 500. Afterwards, we were completely comfortable driving off the lot. Bob was an excellent sales representative. He pursued every issue and/or question and responded very timely throughout the process. He established a relationship of trust and reliability from the onset and throughout our discussions by phone and text. Bob ensured every aspect of the process to delivery was flawless.
