Add this all to is incredible work ethic, he came in on his day off to help make sure when we billed out that there were no hiccups, and you are the perfect storm for a smooth no headache car buying experience. The only thing out of place in this entire experience was that someone "miss placed" the spare keys and owners Manuel that had all the previous service histories for the vehicle. Neither Timothy or the managers, that Tim notified of this issue, were able to find them which is really disappointing. But when you buy a car that twelve other people wanted to buy it is bound to make other people petty. 100% will return to get the next car from Tim Carnes in a year or two. More
